Comes with two adapters for use on rectangular bi-level reservoirs found on many heavy duty GM trucks and vans built in the mid to late 90. Use the larger adapter on the higher reservoir and the smaller metal adapter on the lower reservoir. These are made to order so shipping times may exceed two days.
