Shipping to Canada:

 

Most items are available for shipping to our Canadian customers.  However, an additional shipping charge may be incurred.  We will always notify our Canadian customers of additional shipping charges or delays PRIOR to processing the order.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ITEMS:  For Canadian shipments, we will deduct the standard ground shipping fee for a continental shipment and just bill the difference.  We offer free Ground shipping where indicated for certain products on orders for shipments within the Continental U.S.   To qualify, free shipping will be mentioned in the item page or description, orders must be placed through our online store and must be requested to ship by "Ground" transportation.   

Please note - If an order is placed for an item marked "free shipping" and another item is selected for the same order that does not include free shipping, a shipping charge may be incurred for the weight of the extra item(s) ordered but not for the weight of the item which includes free shipping.  For example, your shopping cart has an order for a helmet qualifying for free ground shipping and two bottles of brake fluid are added to the order.  A shipping charge will appear for the brake fluid which is an item that does not qualify for free shipping.  Please contact us to confirm shipping charges if you are unsure. 

When will you receive your order?  Orders ship via ground service and are usually delivered within 5-7 business days or less depending on delivery location.  Expedited shipping may be available depending on the item.  Please contact us to request expedited shipping.  Please allow additional processing for shipments to Canada.  We will email a tracking number to you when your order ships.  Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will let you know.

 
Backorders:  You will be notified if an item is out of stock or on backorder.  You will not be charged for an order if it is out of stock.

Taxes:  Canadian customers are responsible for any tax due on items from UPS/Fedex/USPS.

Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed. Once an order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number in order to determine a delivery date from the shipping carrier.
