The new Nighthawk Carbon Fusion helmet has a composite/carbon fiber mix that offers a 150-gram lighter product than other G-Force helmet models. With an attractive small weave carbon pattern, European intermediate oval shell, the Nighthawk Carbon Fusion is a great choice for those who have found traditional round shell helmets hard to fit. SuperNova Helmet, SA2020

Highlighting our commitment to innovation G-FORCE Racing Gear proudly introduces the SuperNova helmet; our first full carbon fiber helmet. It has a 100% T800 carbon fiber shell which keeps the weight under 3 pounds in any configuration. This makes the SuperNova the lightest helmet that we have ever made and on par with options from other manufacturers that cost three times our price. We achieved this dramatic weight-reduction through a variety of exceptionally designed features:

  • Our thinnest Polycarbonate shield ever produced at only 2.5mm
  • Smaller shield lock posts, which makes the shield easier to open and close while reducing weight
  • Newly designed M6 threaded Head and Neck Restraint anchors that are smaller than previous designs and still strong enough to pass the stringent SA2020 and FIA8859 testing
  • The trim around the shield and bottom of the helmet is made of a higher quality material than we have ever used before and is thinner and lighter
  • Our chin strap is made of high-quality fiber braid that is thinner than the competition and still provides a comfortable fit.
  • The impact liner is made of a graphite EPS which naturally has a gray/black color. This means that the exposed liner doesn’t have to be painted which is more environmentally friendly and helps reduce the overall weight of the helmet.

The newly designed Comfort Blend Plus liner is wrapped in an unbelievably soft knit material that features our TrackPAT vision enhancing print, which breaks up the solid color in your peripheral vision that other helmet liners can create. This unique material helps reduce distraction on the track which also increases your ability to focus.

The entire Comfort Blend Plus liner is removable, replaceable and adjustable.  Every SuperNova helmet comes standard with a set of sizing pads so that the driver can fine tune the helmet’s fit to suit his or her comfort needs. Memory foam ear liner pads are also included.

Making the SuperNova even more adaptable is the optional top blower attachment which converts this already premium model to a forced air helmet. This add-on feature can be replaced on the fly without the need for any tools. If you prefer standard cooling vents or the top blower for your forced air system, the SuperNova has you covered either way and ready for that podium finish!

G-FLOW ventilation system vents on both the top and the rear of the helmet are provided. These air intake and evacuation ports aid in driver cooling and dehydrating the liner in humid conditions. An adjustable, tinted visor strip finishes the design of the classically styled helmet and aids in shielding the user from glare. The features of the GF1open facehelmet provide the driver with supreme quality at an affordable price for a flame retardant helmet.

G-force SA2020 Auto Racing Helmet Sizing:

RIFT Carbon – SA2020

G-FORCE Racing Gear has created the all new RIFT Full Face helmet to provide an economical option without compromising fit and style. The new RIFT is built with a Strategically Reinforced Composite Shell engineered specifically for the SNELL SA2015 specs. This SRC Shell is coated with a deep gloss white, gloss black or matte black paint. Across the front of the shell, a downforce splitter accents the edging for an aggressive look. The crown of the helmet feature multiple ventilation ports for both intake and exhaust around the head.

The SNELL SA2020 Spec requires reinforced mounting points for helmet restraint devices be built into the SRC Shell of the RIFT Helmet. Any RIFT Helmet comes with an optically corrected clear view shield. G-FORCE Racing Gear also carries a full line of tinted shields for the new RIFT that can be easily changed on the spot with dual aircraft aluminum, hex-head shield bolts.

The interior of the G-FORCE Racing Gear RIFT helmet is built around the new Deep Fit, soft knit, hypoallergenic, padded flame retardant liner with removable cheek pads. This Deep Fit is designed for a lower inset and more contoured shape on the typical head shape. For function, the multiple density, impact liner is made to react to differing impact situations by compressing laterally utilizing tuned zones of multiple densities, allowing the load to spread and dissipating the force. The chin strap in the RIFT helmet is bolted to the shell with stainless hex-head bolts and is made from durable, flame retardant para-aramid webbing. The RIFT, Snell SA2015 rated Helmet is the primary offering from the G-FORCE Racing Gear Helmet lineup.

G-FORCE Racing Gear has created the all new REVO CARBON Full Face helmet to provide a premium fit and style option to the helmet line with a carbon finish. The new REVO CARBON is built with a reinforced Carbon Composite Shell engineered specifically for the SNELL SA2020 specs.  This Carbon Composite Shell is coated with a deep gloss clear for a brilliant shine.  Across the chinbar and crown of the helmet, you will see the polished aluminum grill guards of the Siphon12 Ventilation Network, a system of 6 intake ports, 2 forehead ports and 4, rearward exhaust ports designed to move heated out of the helmet. The bottom of the REVO CARBON Helmet is more contoured to today’s helmet restraint devices and is lined with a rubber gasket made for easy use and cleaning.
